Roots Essentials accepts the following payment methods:

  • Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking (supported banks)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD – available on eligible orders)

For card payments, you will need to enter your card details including card number, expiry date, and CVV for secure transactions.

We prioritize safe and secure transactions:

  • All payments are protected using SSL encryption
  • Sensitive data is encrypted and securely processed
  • We do not store your card details

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available only for select locations and order values
  • Orders may require confirmation via call/email
  • If a COD order is not accepted or repeatedly cancelled, COD eligibility may be restricted

If delivery fails due to unavailability, reshipping may require prepaid confirmation.

5. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Orders are billed at the price applicable at the time of dispatch

International orders may attract additional customs duties or taxes, payable by the customer.

Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics

Domestic Shipping

  • Free shipping on eligible order value (can customize)
  • Standard shipping charges apply below minimum order value

Important Notes

  • Delivery requires signature/OTP verification
  • Roots Essentials is not responsible for delays due to external factors
  • Address changes are not allowed after order placement

 

7. Order Issues (Damage / Missing Items)

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide images/videos as proof
  • Claims after 48 hours may not be accepted

 

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days

A small payment gateway fee may be deducted in case of cancellations.

9. Exchanges

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange
  • Processing time: 7–15 working days

Returns due to personal preference (fragrance, color, etc.) may not be accepted.

10. Product Quality Complaints

For any quality concerns:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • Share order details, issue description, and proof
  • Products may undergo quality inspection before resolution

 

11. Out of Stock Items

If a product becomes unavailable:

  • We will notify you within 2 working days
  • Alternative options or refunds will be offered
  • We do not accept backorders

  • Roots Essentials is not liable for misuse or allergic reactions
  • Customers are advised to check ingredients before use
