  • We currently ship only within India
  • Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed next working day

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other locations: 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹3,999
  • Flat shipping fee applies below minimum order value

Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email
  • You can track your order in real-time

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to unavailability:
    • Courier will reattempt delivery
    • After multiple failed attempts, order may be returned

7. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged:

  • Do NOT accept the delivery
  • Or record an unboxing video
  • Report within 48 hours

8. Address Changes

  • Address cannot be changed after order is shipped
  • Ensure accurate details while placing the order

9. Delays & Liability

  • Roots Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Courier issues
    • Natural events
    • Government restrictions

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
